Church should be a safe place to grow, learn, and build friendships. No matter where you are on your faith journey, we can’t wait to meet you and be part of this journey of helping you experience freedom, discover purpose, and find fulfillment in Jesus.
Our Sunday Experience lasts for about 90 minutes and begins at 10am (in-person and online). Our REC YTH service is Wednesdays at 7pm. We also offer REC Groups that meet throughout the week at various times through out the Treasure Valley.
Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to service. This way it will give you plenty of time to make some new friends. Plus if you have children you'll have time to check them into our children's ministry River Kids.
We have no dress code here at REC Boise. You’ll see people in shorts and maybe even someone wearing a suit coat. We want you to be comfortable, but more importantly we want you to feel welcome to be you.
You will want to bring a few things with you. First you will want to bring your Bible, we believe that having a physical Bible helps bring the scriptures alive. Don't worry if you don't have a Bible. We will put the scriptures on the screens for you to follow along. You will want to bring an open heart to allow God to speak to you during the service. And bring a friend. Church should be shared with those we love.
In our River Kids classes our Team will be excited to care for them and to teach them about the love of Jesus in a clean and fun environment suitable for their age and needs. We also offer a nursery for the newborns and nursing mothers.
